ABC TranslationMali

Getting your Malian documents recognized in China

Visa, studies, marriage, work or setting up a company in China: your Malian documents usually need legalization, and translation where required. We prepare the file in the required order.

The usual steps

  1. Checking the requirements of the authority receiving your documents in China
  2. Certified translation into the required language (Chinese), if the document is not already in it
  3. Legalization at Mali’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs
  4. Legalization by the embassy or consulate responsible for China, if the receiving authority requires it

China applies the Apostille Convention: documents issued there are apostilled locally. We obtain those apostilles for you through our network.

Have documents issued in China that you need to use in Mali? We arrange their legalization and certified translation.

Documents we often handle

  • Diplomas and transcripts for studying abroad
  • Civil records for visas, marriage or family reunification
  • Criminal records for jobs or immigration
  • Company documents for tenders and subsidiaries
  • Powers of attorney and notarial deeds

Frequently asked questions

Do my Malian documents need translating for China?

Yes, if they are not written in a language accepted there (Chinese). Some authorities accept documents in French; we check that for you.

Can a Malian document be apostilled for China?

No. As Mali is not a party to the Apostille Convention, your documents go through legalization: Ministry of Foreign Affairs, then embassy or consulate.
