Certified true copies

A certified true copy is a photocopy that an authority (town hall, notary, issuing office) confirms is a faithful reproduction of the original. Many universities and embassies ask for one so they do not keep your originals.

We have your copies certified by the competent authority and, if your file requires it, translated and legalized. You keep your originals and send copies with official value.

We check in advance whether your recipient accepts a copy certified by a Malian town hall or requires one from a notary or from the office that issued the document.

Frequently asked questions

Who can certify a true copy in Mali?

Depending on the intended use, the town hall, a notary or the office that issued the original. We pick the authority your recipient expects.

Can a certified true copy be legalized?

Yes, if the destination country accepts it. We then have the certification legalized at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the embassy.
